| 1917 | Tomitaro Takai founds a company in Kyoto city. Starts manufacturing and selling furniture |

| 1991 | As Fujitaka Corporation, begins selling Peltier elements and thermoelectric refrigerators |
| 1993 | Begins manufacture of Peltier devices in Qinhuangdao, China |
| 1994 | Develops a Peltier device in partnership with the Ukrainian Thermoelectric Institute. |
| 1996 | Begins sales of the original refrigerator “Pernice Series.” |
| 2005 | Begins sales of the high performance Peltier module “GL-Ⅱ Series” |
| 2006 | Begins sales of the high performance cooler unit “PV-2 Series” |
| 2007 | Begins sales of wine cellars imported from France |
